Happy Hump Day, all! Just stopped in to share a quick salad recipe today!
This has been my salad obsession lately, and it is so, so simple to make! BBQ may not sound the most appetizing on lettuce, and I was wary but craving wings so I tried it, and it was delicious! This is DEFINITELY a healthy alternative to my favorite Honey BBQ wings dipped in ranch at Buffalo Wild Wings!
What you need:
*Chicken (In this picture, I did spicy boneless wings. You also do strips, or the healthiest option, boneless skinless chicken breast.)
*A sprinkle of mozz. cheese
*A little crunch (think crushed up pretzels or whole grain tortilla chips)
*A drizzle of FF ranch and a drizzle of BBQ sauce (you can also do a spicy wing sauce, if desired!)
Chop up your romaine, and top with the rest of the ingredients.
There are many simple variations to make this salad your own!
