Detox Water; Healthy, refreshing and full of energy.

Hey guys I’m trying to be healthy again and I found out about this water a while ago but just today I decided to try it and I want to share it with you.

Detox Water as its name says, it is made for the detoxification of your body, it helps to clean your blood, lymph and as I already mentioned. Your body (on the inside).

I know what is like to feel like to don’t want to do anything, you don’t even want to leave your bed. But you should move your beautiful body to the kitchen and make yourself this new thing I’m fascinated with.

This is not a ”smoothie” or like the energy drink I mentioned a while ago, but yes it helps to keep you hydrated and that means you’ll have energy as well, it also makes you feel fresh and personally…I feel nice with it.  I know the name sounds supper commercial, but I guarantee you it’s healthy and refreshing.


Here’s what you’re gonna need.

1. A slice of Watermelon.


1/2 Cucumber

A big glass or a jar.


2. Slice the Cucumber

Cucumber prevent water retention and also have many anti-inflammatory properties.

3.The LemonsLemon or lime juice helps stimulate and regulate the digestive track (which is why it’s so helpful with constipation, heartburn and gas), stimulates bile production, and thins out bile, which allows it to flow more freely. Bile is produced by the liver and ends up in the small intestine to break down lipids (fats) that we’ve consumed.

4.Cut the Watermelon in little pieces.

Watermelon helps the body flush out toxins because it contains the organic compound citrulline, which is an amino acid that has been shown to help the liver and kidneys filter and get rid of ammonia. Ammonia comes in external forms, but is also a by-product of the proteins our bodies are burning up constantly for energy, and it’s quite damaging to our cells. Cucumber also contains citrulline, but not as much as watermelon. Watermelon may also just give the liver an overall boost.

5.Put all your ingredients inside the big glass or jar.



6. Add Water.

7. Put it on the freezer or add ice cubes and let it there for half a day so all the ingredients can mix their vitamins and stuff into the water a bit better.


After half a day or the next morning, you can have your Detox water to go. Drink it at the morning, before working out, before or while going out in the sun, at night, etc. Carry it with you to school or work and show your friends the recipe.

Remember this is healthy, refreshing and it’ll make you feel better during the day.
