Breakfast

  • Smoothie: ~ 1/2 mango, a nectarine, three strawberries, 1/2 cup apple juice, and flax seeds. So good

Lunch

  • Cinnamon roll oatmeal with bananas and blueberries. Recipe here

Dinner

  • Cooked pasta with vegetables (among them were peppers, squash, peas, and green beans). Seasoned with lemon, balsamic, basil, and other herbs. Topped with parmesan.

Snack

  • Mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil salad with some balsamic vinegar. Made by my friend’s mom while I was visiting her to catch up.

A refreshing day of foods. Tomorrow I’ll need some more protein, though.
