Yoga Hacks for the Office

Lately I’ve been getting into yoga, and not just because it’s an easy first date on Tinder. Yoga can have some crazy applications right at your office. If you’re like, crammed at your desk for 40 to 60 hours a week, there’s a great article on 99u on how some basic yoga can transform you sit, live, and work.

My favorite involves standing shoulder width apart and then bringing your head down between your knees. It’s a great stretch for your shoulders and chest, and counters the “analyst’s stoop” I had for most of my twenties. Who knew yoga had applications outside of online dating?
